> STEP 2: List the Text AND if you would like a proof in the personalization box.

**Please note: we allow a MAX of 2 revisions after we send the initial proof. If you have further revisions that weren't requested in your initial notes, we will charge an extra design fee

**Please make a proof request in the personalization box only. If you type it in a message we may miss it and will not be able to make changes after it is shipped. If you do not request a proof we will not send one and will not be able to make any changes once order is received.

-This is an exact digital watercolor rendering, not hand painted; the quality of the photo will reflect in your portrait so please send a high resolution image!

-Use exact punctuation as we will be copying and pasting exactly what you write.

-We cannot place emojis on the portrait. If you add any in the personalization box we will not include them.

> STEP 3: After order is complete, send photo via Etsy Conversation along with order number.
-Please include your order number along with your photo in the message thread as this will help us find your photo quicker.


> STEP 4: IF A PROOF IS REQUESTED, it will be sent via Etsy Conversation to you (M-F, NOT including holidays). After approval, your portrait is mailed in 1-2 business days. If it is NOT requested, it will be shipped on the day your order is due.

-If a proof is requested and we do not receive an approval response in 1 business day after proof is sent we will ship the portrait and we will not be able to change anything after it is printed and shipped.

-Due to the nature of this artwork and the amount of time needed to create it, your work will be based off of one image only. There will be an additional fee if you would like us to use a different photo after the portrait proof has been sent.
-Expect delays in production If any requests is made to change the proof. They can range between 1-3 business days for any changes.
