I aim to ship out within 3-5 days of your order being placed. During peak times, I try my best to stick to these times.

I use a standard shipping service, which is not trackable, as this is the least expensive option in order for you to get your items.

You should receive your order anything from 10 - 15 working days.

Obviously shipping is out of my control and things can sometimes hold it up, Eg - christmas and customs.

On vary rare occasions items can take a while longer.

There is an option at the checkout process to upgrade to tracked shipping, which will provide both me and you a tracking number which can then be used at : www.royalmail.com

I send all items 2nd class as a standard service. There is the option for upgrades during the checkout process for you.

1st class tracked, and Evri next day delivery. Please note, Evri next day delivery is just the delivery service. This does not include the time it takes to make your order.

The life of a wish bracelet can be a complete surprise!

Bracelets are made with Brazilian waxed cord - this is highly waxed. The wax may feel slightly tacky, but after a super short time this will disappear.

Brazilian waxed cord may look dainty, but it is super durable.

But to make it last as long as possible, try to avoid showering when wearing any your new jewellery.

The use of direct contact with lotions, perfumes and sprays should also be avoided as this will weaken the cord.

If you require personalised items, please message before ordering to ensure the avalibility.

As personalised items can’t be returned (unless damaged) please ensure all wording is correct.

Currently I use Royal Mail. I post 2nd Class as a standard service. There is no tracking with 2nd Class.

There is a few upgrades at the checkout.

For a small fee, there is 1st Class tracked and if you need your items sooner, there is a next day delivery via Evri.

For international orders - I use Royal Mail standard international. This, has no tracking.

For a small fee, you can upgrade to a tracked shipping option which will provide you with a tracking number.

If during the checkout you select the tracked option, you will have a tracking number upon shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, the UK standard international service does not have any tracking. If your order totals more than £15 I would suggest the tracked option.

If you are not happy or satisfied with your item, you can send it back for a refund within 14 days in the original packaging without being worn, and in unused condition.

We will refund whole amount you paid except for postage and packaging fee.

Buyers are responsible for return postage.

If you are sending back your order, please ensure you send it via a trackable method as I can not be accountable for any items lost in the post on the way back to me. This covers both buyers, and sellers. ☺️ Once your item has been received back, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Personalised orders are not eligible for returns.

We are happy to replace damaged items once we receive the item back

All wish bracelets are made to fit adults wrists. The bracelets are made fully adjustable. All children’s and teens bracelets will be made slightly smaller.

Chain bracelets and necklaces can be made to your request and can be selected from the drop down menu when placing your order.

Shipping is within 3-5 working days and does not include the weekend.

I do aim to ship out within 3 days but when I’m busy, it can be 5.

If your order is urgent, please message before ordering and I will see what I can do for you.

Unfortunately, nowhere in the UK will provide a tracking number for standard international shipping.

This is set by the postal service, not myself. If you are lucky enough to live in the USA, I understand tracking numbers are provided with every shipping label.

This is not the case with UK post.

At the checkout I have 2 shipping options :-

- Standard international shipping (no tracking at all)
- Standard international tracked (provides detailed tracking)

Both options are super reliable and available at the checkout for you to choose.
