Plants are approximately 30” to 36” from bottom of pot to top of highest leaf. But all have healthy trunks with aerial roots. ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE! All of the plants ready to be shipped are not shown in the photos since we have multiple plants of these available and there is a limit to how many photos can be shown in a listing. The photos are a random selection and accurate representation of the size, and health of all of the beautiful huge plants we have ready to be shipped. Although you may get one of the ones in a photo, you will not necessarily receive one of the exact plants shown. But they were all grown from the same mother plant and planted at the same time, and all have the same DNA, and each new leaf has the same potential for size or variegation intensity and amount (for variegated species) as any of the other plants. Variegation is different for each new leaf, and for some species of plants variegation may change and increase or decrease. No 2 plants are exactly alike, and all plants are grower’s choice. The heights, thickness of the trunks, and amount and size of leaves and any variegation differs on each plant. Unless stated otherwise, plants are sold as plants. Not by leaf count or leaf size. BUT YOU WILL LOVE YOUR NEW JUNGLE SIZED SPECIMEN LIKE 99% OF ALL OF OUR AWESOME CUSTOMERS HAVE! Don't worry, we know you will be hooked and be back for more!
Since the photos are of some of the actual plants that will be shipped, they represent the overall condition of plants being shipped. Being grown outdoors these may not perfect specimens, and there may be broken leaves, or leaves with holes, scrapes, scars, spots, tears, or other damage or blemishes etc., from wind, tropical storms, lizard foot traffic, fast flying birds not paying attention to where they are flying, or Elvis, one of the resident alligators here you can see on our YouTube channel (although he has never messed with plants, yet!) This may or may not be visible in some of the photos if you look closely. But you will never find these giant specimen sized plants in a nursery! So any of the above on an overall healthy plant is not a cause for return or refund. If your house is free of galloping lizards, absent-minded birds, angry alligators, and tropical storms, each new leaf you grow will be perfect and beautiful! But we guarantee a healthy vigorously growing plant!
These plants are healthy and grown in a natural tropical jungle environment outdoors with fresh air, sunshine, rain just like in their native rainforest environment, and we have the benefit of the plants being protected by predatory insects that protect the plants like praying mantis, assassin bugs, dragon flies, paper and other wasps, lady bugs, etc. Because these are grown outdoors the soil may have a stray beneficial soil insects in the pot such as a millipede (not centipedes) or an earthworm. These things are not harmful pest or cause ‘infestations’ in a house since they stay in the soil that provides moisture and their food, which is the natural bark and wood chips that are breaking down into soil.
If this concerns you, please let us know and we will treat the plant and pot several days before shipping with an insecticide that we use inside our house approved for use even greenhouses, kennels, parks, restaurants, lawns, landscape, etc. (Although we use no insecticides whatsoever outdoors or on our plants while growing them, we have 3 Labradors that are like our own kids. So we make sure anything we use in our home is as safe as possible). You can keep the plant from your others for a short time, and then repotting the plant into new soil. Please be aware though it is best to wait a minimum of 2 weeks after a plant is shipped before repotting for it to acclimate to its new environment and climate, and to recover from the stress of shipping. Harmless insects in the soil that are not harmful to plants will not be a cause for return. Even plants purchased at the big box stores often have a stray harmless insect on them or in the soil. And ours are MUCH healthier and larger than anything you will find for sale commercially!

Buyer agrees they understand when ordering shipped plants that regardless of how well a plant is packed sometimes leaves are stressed or damaged from shipment that may alter the appearance of the plant or cutting. But HEALTHY PLANTS like we ship continually grow new beautiful leaves. Plants are sold as plants. Not by leaf count or leaf size. Losing leaves after shipment will not be cause for refund or replacement. (Remember, ALL leave of EVERY type of plant eventually die and fall off anyways, this is true with every plant, aroids, monstera, pothos, philodendron, banana, etc. Each leaf is only temporary even on plants that aren't shipped! ).
Once we purchase your shipping label and the tracking info is sent to you, PLEASE sign up for text or email alerts from UPS for your package’s status of when it ships, and when it is being delivered! Plants should not be left on a porch possibly in the hot sun for any amount of time! Make sure someone is available to receive the plant as soon as it is delivered and bring it indoors! Most of it will be a ‘no-brainer’ to 99% of you, but we have to put this in writing so we can continue to grow and provide great service and grow new giant plants at the best possible prices for you awesome 99%, while protecting our business from those very few 1% who don’t follow the rules and feel entitled! NO EXCEPTIONS to this if you would like a replacement or refund, so PLEASE inspect your item as soon as it arrives! After 24 hours; or once planted; placed in soil, other medium, or water or anything else, treated with anything, unpotted or re-potted, it’s considered used. We don’t offer returns, refunds, or replacements UNLESS there’s an issue that was OUR fault. If it IS something that’s our fault, or if it’s not healthy for some reason or is significantly different than as described in the listing, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY SEND OUR CHOICE OF A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH SOMETHING EXTRA TO MAKE UP FOR OUR MISTAKE! We video the packing and sealing of packages and attaching shipping labels. You agree for rare instances of damage, delays, or loss caused by the shipping carrier or another party, refunds or reimbursements need to be pursued by you against the shipping carrier or that party only, and not against us. But we will assist you and give you all info needed. If you want additional insurance over $100 you must request this and pay the cost before you order, and we do not guarantee any coverage or terms provided by the insurer.
Since plants and cuttings are living perishable items that require specific care and many variables affect the outcome, if you don’t message us on Etsy and send photos within 24 hours of delivery time and before planting or re-potting, you agree that you’ve accepted the plant or cutting and are happy with it, and it’s healthy and exactly ‘as described’ in the listing and you are now responsible for the proper care, condition, and results. Buyer agrees unsuccessful rooting, decline, or death is a possibility with any cuttings or plants from any source regardless of how healthy, and once you’ve accepted the cutting or plant as healthy and ‘as described’, you accept this risk as all plant parents must do. Any issues after it is accepted is not the fault of Seller, since we are not responsible for the care or lack of after it’s shipped to you. If you do not accept the risk of propagating and growing cuttings and plants, PLEASE PURCHASE ARTIFICIAL PLANTS INSTEAD!
All plants, especially unrooted cuttings, require specific care and each environment is different, and each cutting or plant has different needs you must determine for yourself. You agree our ‘Adoption Manual’ or any other advice we provide is a general guide only, giving you the requirements these cuttings or plants need in their natural environment. You are responsible to do your own research and for determining exactly how much or how little your plant or cutting needs of light, moisture, air humidity, soil or medium type, etc., and for the health of it after the first 24 hours it is delivered. We are not responsible for your experience level or lack of. You agree to not hold us responsible or claim the item was not as described after it has been in your care if you did not message us through Etsy within 24 hours with photos of valid issues or not as described.
While we encourage you to leave a review whether positive or negative (we really try for positive 5-stars though!) based on your experience with us and the quality of our plants and cuttings, you agree as required by Etsy Legal Policy not to leave a review (found here: etsy.com/legal/buyers#reviews) or open a Case, dispute, or chargeback about things outside our control and no fault of ours such as damage, delay, or loss caused by a shipping carrier or any other party including Buyer. An example is opening an ineligible ‘not as described’ case for our Giant Pothos Cutting because the leaves were removed before shipping, even though Item Description clearly states in 2 places in all capital letters that leaves are removed before shipping and explains why, and photos show the cuttings with leaves removed. Or for leaving reviews for something similar like “They didn't send me a leaf cutting I received 3 thing steams not sure how to put these in water or which end not happy!” (actual review with spelling!) because someone didn’t read the item description, or the 3 messages and email we sent them with the 31 page ‘Adoption Manual’ telling them how to put them in soil and NOT in water.
