What if my Jewelry is Lost in the Mail?

It is our policy to either find your jewelry via USPS, Replace your item or Refund your purchase price.

My jewelry is to large or to small, how do I resize? Age Limits on selling

If you chose a size to big or to small, I am always happy to resize at no charge. Please contact me for a return shipping address. Jewelry not appropriate for children under 15 years old.

I would like to exchange my jewelry for a different design?

Please email me and let me know you would like to exchange your jewelry. I am happy to do this for you provided it is within 14 days of when your package was delivered. The jewelry must not be previously worn. Not applicable for personalized jewelry.

Photo, Pictures and Images

Please send your photo's, via etsy, Contact Us/Ask a Question or our email: BlackberryDesigns@msn.com. Your photo's, pictures and images are the focal point of many of our designs. The best photo's are distant shots that are un-cropped. We will crop, edit, repair blemishes & marks, blur backgrounds and resize your photo's and send you a proof prior to the work being done.

If we make a mistake we will fix it for your immediately by either sending you the corrected piece or we will send you a fully paid label to return it to us for a repair.
