You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that the seller will NOT be held responsible if the package is LOST, stolen, damaged, or mailed to an accurate address supplied by the buyer. A buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and safe address for delivery. If a package is returned to us because it was 'undeliverable as addressed', the buyer is responsible for the new postage charges to have the package re-shipped to a new address. All of our packages are insured. If your order is damaged along its journey, you can file an insurance claim at USPS.com or FEDEX to be reimbursed for your loss. A replacement sign may be purchased again at any time.

Custom and personalized orders

If needing to change your address, please send a message via Etsy and if your order has not been completed, I can work with you. If you have already received a tracking number, you will need to call USPS. I will not issue a cancellation or refund for a wrong address.

Each wood sign will vary slightly from the pictures above. Our signs are made from real wood, which means you may see wood knots, crevices and other imperfections. This is what adds character to every piece and makes every sign unique! Also please note that although the same stain/paint is used on the sign, different woods are going to soak/stain differently so colors may be slightly different than the original.

Our signs are recommended for indoor use, or displayed on a covered front door or porch. Direct sunlight may cause your sign to age more quickly.
