📍 The cleanliness of the application surface is very important for the adhesion of your premium wallpaper. Make sure that there is no dust, oil, silicone, etc. on the surface.
📍 The glues of traditional wallpapers are water-based. After the application, the wall should be moisture absorbing for an ideal adhesion.
📍 You cannot remove and reuse a fully adhered wallpaper. After sticking a small piece on the wall to align the pieces during the application, if the position is not correct, you can remove it and stick it again.

❗ All of our products are produced in line with customer demands. For this reason, we are not able to take returns. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
❗ For products damaged during the shipping process, if you contact us by taking a photo as soon as you open the package, we will reproduce the damaged parts and deliver them to you free of charge.
❗ Do not worry if you damage the products during application. The printing data of the produced wallpapers are kept by us for 6 months. If you can provide the number of the damaged panel, we will prepare the product for you free of charge, you will only need to pay the shipping fee.

The manufacturing time of our products is 3 working days after you give your visual confirmation. Shipping time varies from country to country but it usually takes 7-15 working days.
