Is our resin FDA compliant?

Yes! The resin we use is Alumilite Amazing Clear Cast which is FDA compliant and is food safe (only when the piece is cured). However, resin is still toxic and we will avoid making items such as resin shot glasses and related items.

How long do we have to wait before shipping?

Once an item is purchased, we will be sending you a notification regarding your tracking number. However, please allow 1-3 business days before shipping! Resin reaches about 90% of its full cure within 24 hours and 100% of its cure after 72 hours. After the piece is cured, we need to sand and varnish which takes additional time before everything can be shipped.

Why haven’t I received my package?

Due to the virus, USPS has been backed up with packages. Shipping companies like FedEx and UPS decided to stop accepting packages from big brands like Nike which makes USPS the one responsible to ship out their packages. Therefore, please be patient and expect a 1-4 week delay!
