Can you send a card direct to the recipient?

Yes, I can send cards direct. You can just change the shipping address on your order to the name and address of the recipient. There is an option to have a message printed inside your card. Please also add a note to your order to let me know that is is to go direct as it is not always obvious. Thank you.

Can you change the words on the card?

Yes, almost all my cards can be personalised with any words you would like. If you would like to check that your message will fit on a card you can send me a message.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class post. They usually arrive in 1 - 2 business days. Please be aware that this service is untracked and not guaranteed, so delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. All dates shown are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak times or due to circumstances beyond our control. An upgraded postage option with tracked delivery is available.

Can I change my address?

Yes, you can change your address at any time before your order is shipped. Just send me a message with the updated details.

Custom and personalised orders

Please ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, I’m unable to change the delivery address. Items can be re-shipped, but the buyer will need to purchase the item again.

Can you print a message inside the card?

Yes, you can tick the box to add a message inside your card and add your message in the box below. Please note we are unable to print emojis or images inside cards.

DELIVERY

Each card is handmade to order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Need your card sooner? Tracked shipping upgrades are available at checkout for added peace of mind.

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day, although this may be slightly longer during busy periods.
