When will I receive my order?

You can view estimated arrival dates at checkout or in the email confirmation that is sent after purchase.If you have purchased multiple items with different processing times your order will be processed based on the longest processing time within your order. Processing time starts the day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday-Friday for my shop, excluding any major holidays. Once your order is shipped it should arrive to you in 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. *Occasionally there are delays due to USPS error so I recommend allowing extra time for delivery. I am not responsible for shipping delays*

Can you rush my order?

Yes I do accept Rushed Orders for an additional fee. I cannot always accept Rushed Orders but I do try my best. Rushed Order fees are as follows: $10 for 1 item + $4 per item thereafter $15 for gift sets This fee does not include any upgrades for shipping, it is simply to push your order ahead of other orders. Please message me PRIOR to placing your order to see if I am able to accommodate your Rushed Order and I will create an additional listing for you to purchase.

An item arrived damaged, can you help?

I am happy to help with any issues, please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your product. Any inquiries outside of this time frame are considered FINAL SALE, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. All damaged items will be replaced free of charge if you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. After that time period, we are no longer able to replaced damaged items free of charge.

Most items in my shop can be customized for an additional fee. This fee ranges from $3-$10 depending on your requests. Can you add items to my order?

Once an order has been placed I cannot add to it. I don't receive access to your payment information so there is no way for me to do this. A separate order for any additional items would need to be placed.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes to orders can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.
