I don't have an A4 or A5 Frame. Can you change the print file dimension size for me when I Place My Order?

Yes! For PDF's and JPEG's I can! If you need a specific print size that is not included, please contact me via Etsy Messages and I'll be happy to change the size to your specifications for FREE.

You can print on semi-gloss, satin or matte.

I would recommend that you use smooth matte photo paper because there's no surface texture or reflection to interfere with the image and Fast Dry Gel Pens look really nice if you are writing messages on the print.

Smooth card stock is also be ok if the print is going to be put in to a frame, but make sure that you set your printed to print 'High Quality'

Can I print my Purchased Digital Design on canvas?

One of the great things about purchasing Digital Designs is that you can print on any material you choose, such as matte or glossy paper, card stock, canvas, wood, metal, etc.

The A4 print is sent in a board envelope with a postal stamp therefore tracking information is not available.

Once the print is handed over to the postal service, It is their responsibility to have it delivered to you. For this reason I do not offer replacement prints, however, I will send you a digital file (PDF or JPEG) for you to download and print yourself.

It's likely that your printer isn't calibrated to your screen, so colours shown on your screen may differ from the actual print.
