You are purchasing genuine reclaimed barn wood shelves made from rafters, joists, and floorboards that spent decades inside working barns. Every mark tells a story. Because this wood is 50–100+ years old, you should expect:
• Natural variations in shade and tone
• Saw marks, nail holes, cracks, chips, splits, mortise pockets, and authentic distressing
• Raw, unstained cut ends
These characteristics are not defects - they are the authenticity that make reclaimed wood so unique!

No two shelves will ever look exactly alike, and photos in this listing are examples only.
Deeper shelves may be constructed from more than one piece of wood to achieve the depth and maintain long-term stability, which also adds to the natural variation and character.

• Brackets: 1/4" thick steel, 6" out from wall, 2" wide, clear coated
• Brackets rated to hold up to 50 lbs each when mounted into studs
• Mounting lags: 2.5" L x 1/4" D
• Set screws: 1.25" long

🔨 Mounting & Installation:

• Brackets must be mounted directly into wall studs
• If custom rout locations are needed, please include this information in the order notes so it stays with the order through production
• Standard bracket notch locations are routed for studs spaced 16" on center, centered on the back of the shelves
