I originally received a different ornament than what I ordered but the seller was quick to reply to my help request and send out the correct item immediately along with a complimentary magnet matching the same design as the ornament I ordered. I understand these things may happen especially at such a busy time of year but it’s how you handle the mistakes that makes all the difference. Overall I am pleased with all items and the customer service provided.
