What are the sizes I can print my digital designs in?

Each digital download comes with the design in 3 different sizes: 2x3, 3x4, and 4x5! These sizes are scalable but message me if you want a different size and I can send it to you after purchase! What do I do after purchasing a digital design?

After your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Please message me if you have any problems!

Do you do custom designs, sizing, colors, accessories, text, etc?

Is anything physically shipped to me for digital designs?

No. This product is a digital file meaning nothing will physically be shipped to you.

When will my pillow/blanket/curtain order arrive?

Please refer to the estimated delivery dates listed when you purchased the item on each listing.

Where do I print my digital design?

You can take the files to your local print shop/app on your phone: Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Staples, Shutterfly, etc. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions about printing!

What type of paper do I print on?

Print the designs on posters or heavyweight matte card stock, semi-gloss or luster photo paper. You can even print on canvas, metal, or wood.

My pillow/blanket/curtain order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Please message me so I can send a replacement package.

My order has says shipping soon for a long time now. What does this mean? Why hasn't my package shipped?

"Shipping Soon" means a shipping label has been created and your package is on its way through the shipping process, but USPS has not yet scanned it into their network. Because our products are made to order, your item is first printed, packaged, and handed off to the carrier before tracking begins updating. It's also common for USPS to miss the initial acceptance scan, so tracking may not update until your package reaches the next processing facility. During busy seasons or around holidays, this stage can take a little longer than usual. If your tracking hasn't updated after an extended period, please reach out and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Can I exchange my product for a different size? Can I return my products?

Due to the made-to-order nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
