Not only the product is beautifully handcrafted, but the quality and love put into it is also incredible. I also have to mention that the support received (by Isa) was the best I ever had. She carefully listened to my needs and reacted quickly to ensure the issue was solved as soon as possible. Her top priority was my satisfaction. It was a very nice exchange with her.
