The final picture I deliver is a JPEG and PDF Files (High Quality/High Resolution Format) ready to print. No physical delivery is offered.

Would I see the picture before I purchase? What if I don't like the portrait?

No, you should place the order first. You receive a digital copy of the portrait with unlimited revisions of changes. If you still feel that you are not satisfied you will get full refund. But we'll do everything possible to made the best for you.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You can purchase with a credit card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.

How long does it takes?

Usually drawing takes 3-5 days. But it can take longer if there's a great number of members on the portrait. If you need it to be done faster, let me know. I’ll do my best.

Can I request changes in process?

You can request any corrections in process! Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied!

What size is the best for print?

The standard size is 16”x20” (40x50 cm). You can also ask for a custom size for printing. Please let me know in advance which size is needed and I’ll adjust the file.

Where I can print the portrait?

You can print your portrait in any printing center in you city or at your home printer. Do not limit your imagination! You can print it on the canvas, t-shirts, paper, cups, pillow, wedding invitation, greeting cards, christmas cards, as a birthday gift and many more.
