Issue downloading your digital file?

All of your Etsy digital purchases are stored indefinitely on your Etsy profile. This makes it super easy for you to access them anytime now or in the future. Here is how you can access your files: 1. Sign onto your Etsy profile 2. Click your profile icon picture at the top right-hand corner 3. Select "purchases and reviews" 4. Scroll down until you see your purchase 5. You will see a “download button” to the right. Simply click on it, and begin your download. Please remember that Etsy must confirm your payment method before your download is available. This could take a few minutes. Digital download refunds and exchanges

I do not accept refunds or exchanges due to the nature of this product. This is a digital download item. Once you have access to these files, they can no longer be returned to the seller. Why do the colors look different when printed than they did on my screen?

Due to varying factors such as printer quality, ink quality, saturation, print medium, screen brightness, etc., some variances in color between what you see on your screen and your printed end product can be expected. Professional printing is always recommended over home printing.

Can I print my digital file more than once?

Absolutely! Once you purchase a digital product and download it, you can print it as many times as you like! But, please don't resell the product; it is for your personal use only.

Can you print the digital product for me?

I do not offer printing services at this time. There are many online options, including VistaPrint and Office Depot.
