I'd like a band in a smaller or larger size than those listed in the drop down menu, can I get a custom size?

All bands can be created in smaller or larger sizes than listed. Simply add the desired size in inches to the notes section during purchase. The order will be made according to the note specification rather than the selected drop down. Nothing else needed for a custom size!

How do I determine my size for a knotted ankle band?

Measure ankle at spot where you plan to wear band, order a slightly smaller size than measurement (about half inch smaller).

How do I determine my size for a wrist band?

Measure your wrist, order band that is slightly larger than measurement (about a half inch).

How do I determine size for no knot band?

Measure wrist or ankle snugly (to avoid it being baggy), select size closest to snug wrist or ankle measurement.

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Please see each specific listing for shipping and processing details.

I'd like to order a band for a friend. What is the best way to choose a size?

If you are buying for a friend I recommend ordering an adjustable no knot band. They are made in small, medium, and large and allow for wiggle room in sizing.

Will I have to pay import/customs fees on my international order?

You may incur import/customs fees on international orders. Those are set by individual countries. Twirling Tiny Sticks is not responsible for those fees.

After the order is shipped, how long will it take for my order to get to me?

There are no estimates or guarantees on shipping transit time. When packages leave Twirling Tiny Sticks they enter into the world of USPS. Shipping transit times vary, especially for international orders. All orders are shipped with tracking identification numbers.

Will Twirling Tiny Sticks bands work with my HR device?

The device will be fully covered in bands made by Twirling Tiny Sticks. Since the device will not touch skin, it may not give an accurate heart rate reading.

This is an ADJUSTABLE band that fits Fitbit CHARGE 2, 3, 4, 5, OR 6 (select size from drop down).

I love my Fitbit. What I don't love is its plastic band.

Are you looking for a more stylish and comfortable way to wear your Fitbit? This band securely holds a Fitbit. The band is made from luxe jacquard elastic and fabric. It fastens with hook and loop fastener -- no bulging knot!

OR wear it on your ankle and join me in...leg band revolution. Your steps will be counted even when you are carrying things, pushing strollers, carts etc.

This band is SECURE and COMFORTABLE!

-It has a secure overlapping pocket to fully insert the Fitbit
-Material is completely soft and non-scratchy on inside of wrist or ankle
-The band has an adjustable hook and loop closure to make it smaller or bigger -- flexible sizing
