A: We use the same methods as we would in an art shop and we take them digitally. We have artists that take your photo and digitally craft it into a beautiful art piece.

Q: Do you do other pets?
A: Yes! We do dog portraits, cat portraits, bunny portraits, horse portraits, bird portraits, and more!

Q: Can I send multiple photos and choose the best portrait?
A: In our dedication to creating the perfect portrait, we initially allowed customers to submit up to three photos. This gave our designers the flexibility to choose the most suitable one for the portrait. However, this often led to requests for designing portraits from each submitted photo, significantly increasing our workload. As we strive to maintain high-quality standards and timely delivery for all our clients, especially during peak seasons like the holidays, we’ve had to revise this approach. To continue offering excellent value, we’ve lowered the price of additional digital files by approximately 70%. We now ask you to select your preferred photo for the initial portrait. Rest assured, we will inform you if the chosen photo doesn't meet our quality standards. If you're interested in trying a different photo, we can create an additional portrait at this newly accessible rate.
