Now this..I love. I have experience in promoting positive mental health, in a role I had with the NHS for 5 years but also have a very personal experience of the suffering that mental health conditions inflict.

I have chosen the following things for this beautiful box:

* 2 colouring cards and 12 colouring pencils (shown to relax the amygdala part of the brain and induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind)

* Soothing cream soap wrapped in ‘Think Positive’ packaging, to wash your feet ready for the…

* Deep moisturising foot mask (I can’t tell you what a treat these are! Love them!)

* A worry duck - designed by and exclusive to Pep Talk Pebbles - works on the same concept as a worry doll. (Colour varies and chosen at random but if you prefer a specific colour, I may be able to accommodate, depending on availability. Please ask)

* 7 inspiring, uplifting and positive thought/affirmation cards, presented in a white organza bag. 1 for each day of the week.

* 5 ways to well-being cards - One explains each of the five ways and it’s effect on maintaining & promoting positive mental health and the second, a 7 day tracker so the 5 ways to well-being can be actioned and tracked

* A header card mounted to the inside lid, explaining each of the contents

* A co-ordinating gift card for your personalised message to the recipient. This can be printed or handwritten (I have nice writing)

All beautiful presented in tissue and decorative paper and gift wrapped for the intended recipient to open.
