Item was not attached to a pallet, so when it arrived at my house, it had been rolling around. Luckily, no damage. It’s pretty solid. Additionally, right after I finished the order process, I noticed my address was wrong. I notified the company immediately who responded back pretty quick and said they would fix it. I eventually got my shipping confirmation weeks later and I still had the wrong address. Contacted the company again who said they had fixed it again. It was shipped to the wrong address. Luckily the delivery driver called me and we worked it out. Other than that, it’s a solid product.
