The link to this 45-minute tutorial video for making tomato cage trees includes step-by-step instructions showing how to perform each of the steps and a comprehensive supply list. This method uses 21” mesh poufs and optional 10” mesh for ruffles. Not only are tomato cage trees fun to create, but they are a great, lightweight item you can create for any holiday, season, or other occasion! They look fabulous in an entryway, on a side table, on a ledge, flanking a fireplace, or on the floor. They make a great alternative to holiday trees for those in small spaces such as apartments or retirement homes.

This video shows how to make a red Santa-themed tree. However, these principles can be used to make any scheme you like, for any holiday.

This does NOT include instructions for making any tree toppers. Those in the sample gallery have been purchased from other retailers.
