✩ Vintage garments have been previously worn and loved. Minor signs of age, slight color variation, and small imperfections are part of their history and are not considered defects. Each piece is described carefully, but small signs of wear may occasionally go unnoticed.

✩ EU RETURNS EXCHANGES

Buyers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable EU consumer laws. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original standard shipping charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.

✩ Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. My usual shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Postal holidays may affect this schedule, and orders will ship accordingly. ✩ US shipping is complimentary. ✩ International buyers are responsible for VAT, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. This is a fun 1980s wedding gown with just the right amount of extra flair and a touch of lingering 1970s prairie charm.

The gown features a lace choker-style collar with white netting down to the V-shaped bodice. The leg-of-mutton sleeves have nylon chiffon poufs at the shoulders and are detailed with swirling lace that runs down to the cuffs, accented with little pearl beads for a touch of glam. The cuffs fasten with a row of tiny covered buttons.

The bodice is fitted and covered in floral lace embellished with pearls, giving it a subtle Victorian corset-style look as it sits over the skirt. The skirt itself is made of soft nylon chiffon layered over rayon taffeta and falls in a slim A-line with three lace-edged ruffles at the hem. The lace extends around the back into a lovely circular medium-length train. The gown zips up the back to mid-level, where the bodice V’s down, then fastens the rest of the way with covered buttons up to the lace collar. It’s fully lined in rayon taffeta, and the bodice is lightly boned for structure. The train includes loops for bustling or carrying when needed.

Condition:
The gown is in great condition overall, with only faint staining to the lining at the underarms that did not lift during laundering — these cannot be seen from the exterior. The gown has been professionally hand-laundered and is ready to wear.
