Depending on your country and the total value of your order, local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in the item price. USA orders: No customs fees apply. For many other countries (including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Cyprus, Malta, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia), import charges may be mandatory. ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED

All our maps are shipped via UPS and are insured against loss or damage. Parcels are delivered with personal handover whenever possible. When receiving your package, we kindly ask you to inspect the parcel in the courier’s presence. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, please check the map before signing for delivery. In case of damage, the courier should record it at the time of delivery. If any damage is confirmed, UPS will process the claim, and we will prepare a replacement map for you as quickly as possible. If you notice damage after delivery, please contact your local UPS office to report the issue and let us know via Etsy Messages so we can assist you further.

UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses, as it requires a physical delivery location. For this reason, we are unable to ship PO Box orders via UPS. If a PO Box address is required, we can ship your order using Ukrposhta. Please note that delivery with Ukrposhta usually takes 2–6 weeks, and tracking updates may be limited compared to UPS. If you are unsure which shipping option is best for your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

ECOLOGY AND INDOOR SAFETY

Our maps are printed using eco-solvent inks (Epson UltraChrome GS2), which are designed for indoor use and comply with international safety standards. These inks are nickel-free, virtually odorless, and do not require special ventilation. Compared to traditional solvent inks, they significantly reduce the content of harmful substances while maintaining high color accuracy and durability. Eco-solvent printing is widely used for interior graphics in offices, homes, and public spaces, making our maps safe for long-term indoor display.

PLASTIC FRAMES IN THE PAST

During the pandemic, we experienced supply shortages of the wooden frames we had always used. As a temporary solution, we switched to plastic frames with a wood-style finish. Some customers were not satisfied with this change, particularly with the gray-toned appearance. We acknowledge that this decision did not meet our usual standards. Today, we use only solid wooden frames. We have also improved our packaging to make unpacking easier and reduce the risk of damage during delivery.

To keep your map in the best condition, we recommend following these simple guidelines. Please avoid placing or storing the map: - Above heating devices or radiators - In direct sunlight - In environments with temperatures above 40°C (104°F) - Outdoors or in areas with high humidity When unpacking your order, handle the map with care and use appropriate tools to avoid accidental damage to the surface or frame.

Please note that the actual colors of the map may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, and device calibration can affect how colors appear in photos. We do our best to present accurate colors in our listings, but slight variations are considered normal.

United States: No. We ship all US orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means import tariffs and duties are prepaid by us. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery. Other countries: Local customs rules may apply. If import duties or taxes are required in your country, they may be collected by your local carrier or customs office upon delivery.

Each map is made to order. Production usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
