I'm happy to create any flag you can imagine. If it already exists, and I think other folks would like it as well so I'll put it in my shop, then I don't charge a fee (unless I have to do major design work to prep it.) For new designs that I think other folks will want, I only charge $5 to design it. The flags all feature a guide to sizes on the listing, but if you're unsure, please send a note. I also recommend mapping out the size with a folded blanket, or a template, if you want another way to visualize the size. Flags are all made-to-order, and once they go to production, I can't change or cancel the order.

Sizes for clothing are in images in the listings, but please send a message if you have any questions or concerns. Once they are in production, I can't change them, as they are made-to-order by my production partner.

Enamel Pins, Pendants, and Sobriety Chips

These are made for me by a company in Jiansu, China. Each design requires a unique mold, then the pins are cast and hand-enameled. (eg: Asexual and nonbinary flags have 4 stripes, and use the same mold. Rainbow Progress flag has a unique mold.) If you're interested in a pin or pendant that I don't currently carry, just send me a note and I'll add it to the next batch I order, if there's enough interest (and you'd be surprised how often there is, after all, I specialize in microlabels!) I have some blank Sobriety Chips coming, where you can have the number etched yourself when you receive it (ie: [Blank] Years).

My Order Hasn't Arrived

Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date, or if you have any questions. If you haven't received an order, in particular items which are produced by my production partners (eg: flags and clothing) please contact me within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or my production partners will not cover the replacement, or refund. Thank you!

We both live in Canada, why is my order shipping from the US?

Unfortunately, not all of my production partners are in Canada. I do my best to choose partners who are ethical, and produce quality products for reasonable prices. Currently, Art of Where is my only production partner based in Canada. If you order an item I ship myself, or something from AoW, such as a beanie, tote, or scarf, it will ship within Canada. Otherwise, it's coming from the US.

I only received part of my order.

Depending on the items you've ordered, they may all ship in one package, or they may arrive separately. Each production partner will ship their items directly to you, as will I (of course). Stickers, pins, pendants, and buttons ship directly from me. Other items ship from my various production partners (which you can see in the listing). I try to send a note when items will ship separately, but may sometimes miss it.

Why are your shipping prices so high?

I DO refund shipping over charges. Often folks will place an order with some items I ship myself, and/ some from one or more of my production partners. In order to ensure that the shipping fees are covered, I don't offer combined shipping automatically. If you order multiple items from one source, please let me know, in case I missed you! NOTE: If you order items within Canada or Internationally, and select the untracked option, I can't refund or replace them if they get lost in the mail.

Can you ship X to my country?

In most cases, absolutely! Unfortunately, there are some exceptions. Some countries have a history of packages going missing, and so my production partners won't ship there. If you have questions, please message me, and I'll be happy to check!

Why are your prices higher on Etsy?

I'm sorry, but I have to charge a little more to cover the fees here on Etsy. Not only are my prices better on NinjaFerret.ca, but there's a MUCH larger selection, including more clothing! (Queer prom attire, anyone?)
