Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Gift wrapping is not currently available. Some items may ship directly from one of my production partners, so packaging will vary by product.

Will my items all ship at once?

Not necessarily. Items may be made or shipped from different locations, so multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information.

My package was marked "Delivered" but is not in my mailbox...

Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package delivered shortly before it actually arrives. Please allow a little additional time and check around your delivery location or with other household members. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help with the next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Because many items are made or printed to order and may enter production quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed after that timeframe.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another problem with your order, please contact me so I can review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times vary by product and are shown on each listing. Etsy will provide an estimated delivery date based on the processing time and shipping method for your order. Please keep in mind that carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of my control. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

How do I plant my seed paper?

🌼 Recommended Pot Size • For 2” circles or small projects: 4–6” pot with drainage. • For cards, larger sheets or multiples: 6–8” pot or shallow tray. 🌱 Steps for Success 1. Soak: Tear and soak seed paper 8–12 hrs in room-temp water. 2. Prepare Pot: Use moist, well-draining flower/seedling soil. 3. Plant: Place wet paper on soil, cover with 1/8–1/4” soil, press gently. 4. Water: Mist daily to keep soil moist but not soggy. 5. Light: 4–6 hrs of sun daily on windowsill or outdoors. 6. Grow: Germinates in 7–14 days. Keep soil damp. 7. Transplant: Move to a larger pot or outdoors once seedlings grow.
