Custom and personalised orders

I can take custom orders, which depending on the design or if its a busy time of the year, can take approx 6 to 15 days to complete. I will let you know at the time of ordering if this time will change Most items listed in my shop are made at time of ordersing. Some items are marked "ready to ship" in the title, so I may be able to ship more quickly.

All of my hats are sized from young teenager to adult unless another size is listed in description. These hats are extremely stretchy so they can fit from 12 years upto ladies and men. When you see a photo of my hats on a female and male mannequin head, it is actually the same hat. This shows how they fit so well. If you want a custom sizing please contact me, Im more than happy help :)

I use quality acrylic yarns which can be machine or hand washed at 30c to 40c short wool wash, do not spin, dry flat, not on direct heat or in a dryer.

This hat was even better than I expected!! It is so well made and looks exactly like Kevin’s in Home Alone! I wouldn’t change a thing about it and we will keep it forever. Because I am in the United States, shipping and getting through customs around Christmas took a long time (weeks) so be sure to purchase early for the holiday season. Mine arrived before Christmas but it sat in customs for over a week and made it close. Not the seller’s fault at all, but I thought it was worth mentioning for anyone buying near the holidays.
