ABOUT TOPPERS AND PARTY HATS

Our turnaround is 24h except on weekends & holidays. You'll receive one file with the toppers (or party hat) on it and can be printed at any local print shop like Costco, Staples & etc, online or at home. The full size file received is 8.5x11 and can be printed as many times need. Please send few pictures and our team will choose the better one.
