Yes, Caity is happy to ship your purchase to another person. And for a nominal fee her assistant will wrap it professionally and/or write a note to accompany the item ordered.

Your picture shows many choices. Can I ask for a specific one?

Caity desires to make your experience at CaityAshBadashery a happy one. If there is some way she can customize a listing to fit your needs please let her know. Most times there is no additional charge, but sometimes an extra fee will apply if a lot of searching needs to be done to find that choice.

What's a reserved listing and how do I use it?

A reserved or custom listing is one created just for you. In most cases a reserved listing is used so that the shipping can be combined for the multiple items you wish to purchase. A link to the listing will be sent in an Etsy message to you. All you will need to do is click on the link and then add it to your cart like any other listing. But don't worry, if you have trouble along the way, Caity's assistant is here to help.

When will my order ship and how can I track it?

SHIPPING Typically orders are shipped once or twice a week and your order will ship within a few days. Please ask if you are concerned about receiving your package on time. Caity understands and her assistant will be happy to work with you to provide a faster shipping method or an earlier shipping date. DOMESTIC TRACKING When a shipping label is created for your package a tracking number is generated. That number is always available to you for checking under 'Purchases and reviews'. INTERNATIONAL TRACKING Once your package arrives at customs, a customs ID is assigned and will be viewable under 'Purchases and reviews'. This id becomes the tracking number. Detailed information can be obtained using an app such as parcelsapp.com

Do you give a discount if I buy more than one of an item?

Caity generally does not give quantity discounts. Prices are based on what Caity paid for an item. Often her prices are so low because she loves to bargain hunt. However, to replace an item that is out of stock and still in demand usually means she will pay a lot more (and spend a lot of time searching for it) making discounts difficult.

Is Caity your real name?

Why, yes of course! But I do have an assistant named Linda who manages orders, customer service and the such.

Will Caity combine shipping for my order(s)?

Yes, Yes, Yes! Caity likes to save money, too! Here's what she'll do: If you pay shipping for multiple orders Caity's assistant will refund the amount of the shipping overage paid after she weighs your package and creates the shipping label. If you would like your shipping combined before you purchase, just let her know and her assistant will create you a reserved listing with the shipping already reduced.

How about if I receive my item and it's not what I need? Can I return it?

Although 99.9% of Caity's sales result in a customer thrilled with their purchase, if the item was described incorrectly or arrives in unusable condition you should contact the shop so that arrangements can be made for a return and/or a refund. However, if the reason for the return is something specifically mentioned in the item description the return will not be accepted.

Do you have a coupon I can use with my purchase?

This is a selection of vintage doll wigs in a variety of sizes, colors and styles. Some still have their original boxes. A description of each one follows. Use the numbers in the last photo.

1,5 - This one has a tag that says 9" Temple Blonde. We have several of this style. Some of them have a hairnet (#5) and some have hair pins holding some of the curls (#1). The tags gives washing and restyling instructions.

2 - This is a mohair wig found among mohair wig making supplies. It has no tag. Our best guess is that it fits a 9" doll, but we can not be certain. It appears to have been removed from a doll since it has bits of glue remnants. The hair is wavy with curled under bangs and curled under at the ends in the back. The hair seems like it would come to the bottom of the dolls neck. There is also a portion of hair at the top that is held by two hairpins. Since we have not removed the hairpins we are not sure where this portion would fall.

3 - The tag on this one says, Baby Boy 16"-17" Carrot Red. It is wrapped in a hair net. The tag gives washing and resetting instructions.

4 - The tag says, Teeny Wispy 16"-17" Light Brown. We are assuming this has a short haircut. We have two others like this one, but ones is in a box and has no hairnet. The tag gives washing and resetting instructions.

6 - The tag says, Teeny Wispy 11"-12" BL. BLD. We're unsure what they mean by that color but it is a bright blond shade. It also seems to have a short haircut. This does not have a hairnet. The tag has instructions for washing and resetting.

7 - Tag says, Teeny Wispy 16"-17" BLONDE. This is a darker blonde than #6 and has hints of brown. Another with a short haircut. Has a hairnet. The tag has instruction for washing and resetting.

8 - This wig is shown in photo #1 on the hat stand. This has no tag and appears to have been removed from a composition doll. One tiny lock of hair seems like it had been glued to the doll head and has some composition on it. It could just be cut out. The material is synthetic. The curls need to be reset. We don't have a size but it measures about 6 inches across at the opening. This is for a large doll.
