Where can I download my digital files?

Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you need another size or are having issues downloading, send me a message and I can assist you.

Why don't you offer returns / exchanges?

Unfortunately, it would be impossible to know if you have used the digital file for printing or not, so I won't be able to offer refunds/exchanges. I can work with you if you have any problems with digital files.

What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?

Heavyweight, matte photo paper works great for all of my printables. Staples stores carry a great house brand that's inexpensive and high quality.

Where should I print my art?

When printing any typography file or illustrated file, I suggest using a heavyweight matte card stock and going to Staples, FedEx, Vista Print etc. When printing a photography file, you can use Walgreens, Walmart, Staples, FedEx, Vista Print or anywhere really!

Can I have a different size not listed?

Yes of course! The easiest way is for you to purchase the print you want and in the notes to seller section, add the size you would like and I will transfer you the file via we-transfer. Did I mention? It is at no extra cost to you! Pretty sweet.

- You can print the digital files at VistaPrint / Staples / Costo, normally it costs me under $8 CAD for 11"x17" poster.
- You can also print at home on cardstock paper, within minutes you can hang it on your wall
- You can upload your files to an online shop - like Shutterfly.com and use it as a book cover
