Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Refunds will only be issued if Hint of Ging sends to an address other than the address provided. If an item is returned due to wrong address can be resent at the cost of the purchaser.

Delayed Delivery: Hint of Ging is not responsible for items not received by party date if order was processed and sent to USPS/UPS within processing window posted or individually discussed with customer. The estimated delivery window is an ESTIMATE and is not a guarantee as there have been unprecedented shipping delays due to covid-19, staffing shortages, and winter weather.

Please place all orders AT LEAST (2) weeks in advanced of party date and 3-4 weeks for custom artwork.

Need your items speedy quick? Message me to pay a small fee to "cut in line" and receive a shortened processing time.

Please message us within TWO days of marked delivery if you have not physically received your package.

Please be sure that your receiving location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. USPS, UPS and FedEx insurance do NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking. If a Porch Pirate makes off with your package it won't be covered by shipping insurance, You will need to file under your home owner's or renter's insurance and file a police report. If your receiving location isn't secure you should consider using a package receiving company like Mailboxes etc. UPS and FedEx also allows you to direct a package to one of their locations.
