Shipping takes about a week after your final OK of the artwork - The digital file is where you print at home or locally, the 'print' is the actual print arriving at your door. We delete your personal photos if you have sent us any as soon as your print has been ordered. Your FINAL OK of the proof/draft of your artwork is final, meaning everything on the artwork including all text and spelling is correct and this is exactly how you want it printed. Once your artwork is ordered we can't cancel or do refunds/exchanges because they are personalised and are paid for. I cannot accept responsibility for orders not arriving before Christmas if they are ordered late/after Dec 7th.

5 stars because I needed very specific customizations and this seller accommodated me as best as possible! The turnaround time was incredibly quick and I loved how it turned out—although, and this is my fault for not noticing, I did ask for one of the dogs’ tails to be all black and the change was not made. However, I asked for 3846294 different things & everything else was done LOL I thought the digital file for the price was a bit steep—but for the pleasant and accommodating customer service, I feel good about the money spent!
