Sizing Details: How to measure correctly?

To get the perfect fit: -Use a flexible measuring tape. -Measure the body part corresponding to the item you are buying ( for ex. neck, waist, or chest ) -Do not add extra space "just in case." Leave your exact measurements in the "Personalization" box at checkout. At StrapBuckle, we have a strict policy: ONE PRICE FOR ALL SIZES. We never charge extra for larger measurements.

Can I mix different leather colors?

Absolutely. We offer limitless color combinations! If you don't see your desired combo in the dropdown menu: Write your specific request in the "Add personalization" at checkout (e.g., "Black leather on the outside, Red leather on the inside").

Materials: Hardware Safety

We use high-quality Nickel-Tested plated hardware. It is safe for most people with metal sensitivities. However, if you have a severe or hypersensitive metal allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges. Do you accept returns?

Because our items are custom-made to your specific measurements and color choices, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Fit Guarantee: If you sent us the correct measurements but the item doesn't fit, please message us immediately with photos—we will work with you to fix it. Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.

Privacy & Packaging. Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We respect your privacy. Exterior: We ship in standard grey or white mailing bags. The shipping label identifies the sender as "Ivan Denysiuk" and describes the contents with neutral terms like "Leather Belt" or "Accessory" to satisfy customs requirements, without using explicit words. Interior: Items are wrapped in gift paper inside the package.

We need to prepare and ship your order within 1-5 business days. However, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Also, Saturday and Sunday do not count. Keep in mind that shipping and production are two distinct processes. Each process has a term.

We assume full liability for our items, transporting and delivery. Furthermore, if there should arise an occurrence of DAMAGE during conveyance or misfortune, we will readily send you new item. So there are no motivations to be stressed :)

All of our leather products have the ability to be wet-oiled, waxed or oiled. It is enough to wipe the leather products clean with a damp cloth.
