Colorful Tree of Life Clay Wall Cross Handmade in Estado de Mexico, Mexico.
Stunning “arbol de la vida/tree of life” clay cross. Perfect to decorate any wall space in your home with a Mexican touch!
To create these vibrant pieces, artisans begin by mixing and kneading the clay. After kneading the clay, the potters create the base of the tree and mold the figurines that will be placed on it. All elements of the sculptures are made individually, so it can take anywhere from a week to months to finish a single tree of life, depending on the number of elements it contains and the artisan’s skills.
Each piece is carefully attached to the base clay heart with wires, providing a breathtaking dimension.

A wire on the back of the piece allows it to be hung anywhere for decoration.

Approximate Measurements:
Overall 4¼" wide x 8¼" tall, 1¼" in width.
Butterflies and greenery vary in measurement from ¼" to 1" and pop out up to 1½" from base.
