When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 48 hours in the order they are received. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday only. Generally, customers receive their order in 7 business days or less depending where you are in the country. During Nov-Dec, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and delays by the post office.

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.

Custom and personalized orders

If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on almost all items, just message me. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. I can also add a graphic to the text.
