Yes. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour after purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. However, please note: All items are made to order. - We retain 50% of the item price to cover production costs. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. - Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Why is 50% retained on returns?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
