Returns and Exchanges

All items in my shop are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please contact me via Esty Message within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Once the 30 days has passed, the product will no longer meet the criteria for a resolution.

We offer many different shirt styles to choose from. The dimensions of each shirt style is listed the product page in the item description. Dimensions are not guaranteed for accuracy and are provided by the manufacturer. Actual dimensions can vary by +/- 1 inch. Most styles offered are preshrunk at the factory but may shrink some after washing and drying. Always air dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting for the least amount of shrinkage.

Shirts should be washed before first wear. Turn shirts inside out and wash cold. Tumble dry on low heat. Direct to garment printing requires the use of a pre-treat solution when printing white ink. You may notice a slight discoloration or sheen on the printed side of your shirt. This is caused by the pre-treat solution and will wash out with the first wash.
