This sample is pre-made and WILL NOT have your custom information on it. It will be similar to the photo above. Samples are just simply for you to see the quality and over all look of the charger insert.
{2} Your sample will be mailed to you in 1-2 weeks

which goes towards your final purchase. You can pay the remainder when the order is approved and ready to ship.
