Customers are responsible for giving their correct address on purchasing, no alterations accepted.

Returns/Refunds

A refund of the purchase price will only be given if the following have been met:
1. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 21 business days for UK purchases and within 30 days for international purchases.
2. Item must be returned with tracking and insurance. Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded without it.
3. The item must be in its original condition and match my records.
4. The item has not been damaged or altered by the client.
5. My items are Antique or Vintage and as such not new.
6. Damages will only be refunded on return of item and with photos of damaged packaging.

Cancellation Form
UK law requires that I provide, before order, a "form" for you to cancel your order. Please print and use this form if you really want to, but it is not necessary for you to use it:
