How do I get an accurate head measurement to ensure a hat will fit?

The best way to measure your head is to go across your forehead and just above your ears. You want to measure around the largest part of the head.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns. Please contact me before sending an item back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 50% restocking fee for returns on custom made items. There is a 25% restocking fee for costume items purchased during September and October and returned after Halloween. Refunds will be issued to the account which made the purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

I am currently only shipping to the US. Please contact me about the possibility of shipping elsewhere. It is the buyer's responsibility to find out about any fees, import taxes, or regulations regarding importing (this especially applies to feathers). I do not know the laws or import fees for each county and can't be held responsible for policies set by your government.

How long will it take orders to arrive?

Once an item ships, USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail usually takes two to five days to arrive. International shipping varies by destination, with shipments to some counties taking two to three weeks to arrive. Sometimes packages are held at local post offices and customers must pick them up in person and pay an import tax. This varies by country. Sometimes your post office notifies you and sometimes they don't. It is a good idea to track the package yourself. I have no control over this and can't help if your post office holds your package or charges a fee.

Does shipping include insurance?

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include insurance. I am not responsible for lost packages once they have been accepted by the US Postal Service.

Want to look like you stepped out of the pages of a fairy tale? Want to be an elf? A goblin? Searching for a unique hat for your next Ren Faire?

This hat is made out of a soft black wool/rayon felt. It has a double-thick unwired brim which can be adjusted any way you desire. The tip of the point has a crooked effect. A faux leather hatband with a small buckle adds a touch of whimsy. This hat is 12” tall and 16" wide. It is lightweight and flexible, foldable and easy to pack for out-of-town events. Wool Felt is a blend of 35% wool and 65% rayon. It’s a very soft, flexible fabric which makes a lightweight, comfortable hat. These hats are made with two layers of felt in the cone. The double layer makes for a stronger hat which stands up on its own while still being light enough to be comfortable.

This hat comes in three sizes, Extra Small/ Small, Medium and Large/ Extra Large.
Sizing is as follows: Extra Small/Small fits heads around 20-21”, Medium fits heads around 22”, and Large/Extra Large fits heads around 23-24”.
