If your item arrived damaged...

Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item arrived damaged, please contact me asap & include pictures of the item and the packaging. I will need this photographic evidence in order to expedite a refund for your item.

Your shipping address

The address you provided on your purchase order is the address I will use for shipping your item. If you have moved, I trust you have made arrangements to have your parcels forwarded to you. I can't be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided on purchase orders but feel free to reach out to me to see if there may be a solution to your situation.

Shipping within Canada

The Canada Post Strike seems to be over... even so, I also use other reliable shipping methods in order to ship my parcels. Most of the time I use Chitchats which partners with final mile delivery couriers so you get your parcels in a timely & usually a more affordable manner.

USA Tariffs??? Most of my original artwork and so many of the vintage books I sell can be shipped to the USA tariff free (DDP) so you don't have to worry about potential fees upon receipt. If you have a question about any other item from my shop that doesn't show shipping to the USA, feel free to reach out & I will see what I can do.

Shipping Internationally

I will be happy to quote a shipping cost using the most efficient method available that includes tracking. Feel free to inquire and please: - include your complete address. - let me know which item(s) you are interested in. - your shipping deadline if applicable.
