NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for buyer's remorse, issues of fit, or 'rental.' Vintage/antique items might show light age, patina, character. Many of them have been cleaned (noted in listings) but, if not (also noted in listings), they may need to be cleaned prior to wear and/or require alterations for proper fit.

Returns must be made within 3 days of item's receipt, initiated by Buyer via Etsy convo within 24 hours of receipt. Return shipping costs are Buyer's responsibility as is the return package until it is delivered to us; tracking is advised. Refund is made via original payment method within 3 business days of our receipt of returned item. Refund is full purchase price of the item MINUS a 20% re-stocking fee MINUS actual original outbound shipping.

Items must be returned in the exact condition it was received and in original packaging, security tags still attached to item in their original position/condition. No odors, perfumes, stains, wear.

Items sent without following these steps will be returned to Buyer.

Normally, orders go out within 1-5 days of purchase, Monday - most Saturdays, depending on the item and its packaging. We ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage for domestic shipments as well as UPS Ground for larger/heavier items. Signature is required for orders of value $100 and up. All international orders go out by USPS or Direct Link, our international shipper. Their shipping times are similar to 1ST CLASS USPS INTL (up to 8 weeks for some packages and this includes planes, your country's customs and seasonal delays). Precious jewelry sold internationally goes via USPS Registered mail.

Parcels are marked "merchandise" never "gift;" this is against our federal laws as is falsifying the price on a customs form. Buyers are responsible for any tax, import and processing fees incurred by their government's customs not bycinbyhand vintage.

Also, in most cases any delay is due to package being delayed in customs processing in your country. We hope you'll make every effort to follow up with your carrier. We send a convo immediately after we've sent your package, with package # for tracking so all parties are clear when it shipped out.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale due to local import restrictions, as well as certain tariff/tax collection and packaging registrations we aren't able to collect/remit. Sorry!

Should ANY item (domestic or intl) be returned to us for 1) incorrect delivery address as provided by Buyer, 2) Buyers' refusal to pay import taxes, GST or VAT, or 3) local postal service's misdelivery/handling issues, we will first contact Buyer about re-sending it, at their expense. If there's no reply, item will be re-listed. Should a refund be discussed, it will be cost of item NOT shipping costs paid at purchase &/or return shipping charged Seller. As well, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to refund amount. We will do our best to keep an eye on tracking and communicate to help keep this from occurring.

Unauthorized returns are refused and returned to the Buyer.

Measurements are taken with garment buttoned/zipped, lying flat on a table. Double them to compare to your body. Always these measurements to YOUR similar garment as vintage clothing sizes may not be relevant to modern sizes. Allow for movement too. Objects are shown in the hand for sense of scale. Please always convo with questions reach out if you need additional measurements or have questions about sizing. Happy to help.

We cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.

We photograph in daylight but because monitors are different from device to device, we also provide Pantone color equivalents in our listings.

We provide lots of photos in our listing, collages of details and/or special issues/features as there are any. Please do not hesitate to ask for more as you might need. Convo convo convo.
