Need your frame before a certain time? We offer rush order options for our frames and would love to get this to you as soon as possible. Please reach out and we can let you know our timeline if we have one on when your order will ship out. We will always send you a proof of how your order will come out. We don't work on orders until they are approved in order to not waste time, please make sure to check your etsy messages to insure you approve or request changes.

When placing an order for a custom item that requires a photo such as: mugs, prints, coasters, etc. You will need to send us your photo through a conversation with our shop, either before or after the order has been placed. You can find the start a conversation, at the right side of the products page, underneath the title labeled as "Ask a question." If you have any questions on whether the photo will work for the custom item you are wanting. Feel free to start a conversation with us and we will be more than happy to let you know if it will work or not. If you can't start a conversation with us, we do check our email frequently and will be more than happy to grab your photo from our email.

Processing times vary for each item so please check the listed ship time for each item. We will complete your order on or before that ship date.

We ship with our local post office using First Class or Priority Mail. If you are not able to order early you may request a rush turnaround for processing via our Rush Order listing. Feel free to send us a message to confirm availability or if you think it may be a close call!
