(For the left shoulder only) This is one of our newest formulas. I developed it for my sister she had an over head work injury that left her with a Rotator cuff tear, that she eventually had surgery on, the surgery did not help much with the pain and left her with loss of motion in the arm the formula took the pain away and gave her full motion of the arm, and she is still pain free today from one vial. This product seems to work well for bursitis as well. Tendonitis is hit or miss, although we do have one review on our seller feedback that said it worked pretty well for them. We had this product listed for a while the reviews were mixed, more positive than negative, and it quickly became one of the top sellers on amazons shoulder pain listings. A lot of people loved it and some hated it. It is guaranteed for a month, I would say if you don't start to notice some improvement by the 3rd week send any unused proportion in, and we will refund the first shipping charge and the product charge about $3.00 for you. May help reduce pain due to SIRVA. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. One vial only needed. Some people notice improvement within day's and some say it comes slowly over 5-6 weeks

Active ingredients: Luffa Bin, Zincum Met, Solidago, Rhus Tox, Subul, Viscum Album.
Inactive ingredients: 70% sucrose, 30% corn sugar.

Directions dissolve 7 pellets under the tongue, once daily for 25 days.

Response from Smarthealth

Thank you, Shawn and glad to hear it is working for you as I just had to defend this product from another reviewer that said it didn't work for him, I bet you are glad it is available for you and that is why we keep it out her because it works for more than not, and we love to hear your great reviews over the few bad ones.
