Men's Necklace: Average size is 24 inches
For Anklet Bracelets: Measure your ankle tightly, then add 1/2-1 inch for the best fit
For chain Bracelets: Measure your wrist tightly, then add 1/2 inch for the best fit

- Your jewelry should be the last thing you put in the morning and the first thing to remove before heading to bed.
- Keep it away from harsh chemicals including chlorinated pools, beauty products, salt water, humid environment (hot tub, sauna).
- If your piece ever tarnishes, remember this is an accumulation of sweat and ambient chemicals,. You can wash them gently with a mild soap and water; scrubbing gently with your hands under running water. This will help restore the shine in your piece.
-Avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising, swimming, or performing any physical activity.
-Handle your pieces with care while putting them on or removing them.

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Items must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt.

We do not resell used or returned jewelry, there will be a 30% reprocessing fee for ALL returned jewelry. The 30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount, not including the shipping fees.

We will provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refunds will only be made to the product less the 30% reprocessing fee, and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note gold-filled is a thick layer of gold over brass. When your perspiration is too acidic (taking medicine or some foods will cause your pH to go out of balance amongst other things) the reaction between your sweat and the metals used to manufacture gold-filled cause that discoloration of your skins.

This is 100% a reaction of the item with your skin oils and sweat. It only happens to about 5% of the population.
