WHAT'S SUBLIMATION TRANSFER

It's a sublimation paper with the design you chose in the store printed using sublimation ink.

CAN I USE ANY MUG OR ANY OVEN TO SUBLIMATE MUGS?

No. You need mugs prepared for sublimation. You can't use the same oven you cook to sublimation. Once used for mugs, the oven will be contaminated with sublimation inks which turn into a gas when heat is applied.

Every list contains the size of the templates. Measure your mug or tumbler before you buy any template to see if it will fit.

CAN I SELL PRODUCTS MADE WITH THE TRANSFERS?

Yes, you can. Commercial license is included with every purchase. You can sell end products made with my sublimation transfers (mugs, tumblers, etc).

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

We use USPS Ground Advantage for all of our standard shipments. This service has the benefit of tracking. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary during busy seasons, such as holidays, and may result in delays.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?

While USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur, especially during high-traffic periods (holidays, weather issues, etc.). If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, we recommend the following steps: - Check the tracking status for any updates. - Wait an additional 1-2 business days to account for delays. - If the issue persists, contact our customer support team for assistance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, follow these steps: - Check with neighbors or other household members. - Look in secure areas around your home (porch, mailbox, etc.). - Contact your local post office for assistance. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please contact us

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT ON THE ORDER?

If the address provided is incorrect, and the package is returned to us, we will reach out to confirm the correct address. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
