HEAT PACKS ARE REQUIRED FOR PURCHAE FOR AREAS BELOW 60 DEGREES. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE A HEAT PACK. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS AS WE WILL GO BASED OFF THE WEATHER :) Please note we do not offer Free Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Reach out for more info on that. The cost of shipping is to high to do free shipping but we will split the difference for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We do accept cancellations however depending on the product - cancellation rates do varey. cancelling an item affects our inventory count but also can cause an issue with it being on the production floor. Please note that cancellation requests even within the first hour can still result in a penalty. One of a kind items that are advertised cancellations will not be allowed.

My tree looks a little different than the photo.

There is usually about 1000 to 5000 trees in stock at any given time. We try out best to match the photos we provided. Pots are based off inventory and we do take request, however understand I do not have control over the pots.

Seller ships quick and packages items well! The postal carrier destroyed my package it was busted up bad. But thankfully they wrapped everything and packaged well cause it’s what saved my plants!!!
