Customer service was great! Design is perfect. I feel like sizing is good. What I don't like is the color of the articles of clothing. In the pictures they are edited so you think you are getting a different color than what actually comes. I ordered a sand sweatshirt loving it on the model and it is almost too light and a little yellowy in real life. The gray of the cloud looks sad against it. I have had my eye on ordered this piece for a long time and am sad it is not everything I hoped it would be. The Tshirt I ordered in gray/ash because I thought it was the closest color to the dark gray in the photos as well, and it is not - it is a very light heathered gray (this is my fault because the color chart clearly shows the gray ash as a light color, just didn't check).
