How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1. Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2. You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4. Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels!!!

Last update my parcel was week or more ago?

Don't worry! When a package leaves Ukraine and is on its way to your country, the tracking system does not show its location. This does not mean that the package is lost, it means that the package has not yet been scanned in your country.

How can I exchange my order?

Exchange of goods is NOT possible until we receive the goods in proper condition. In case the product is returned to us, the refund will be made when the product is received by us in good condition. Do not forget that you pay postage when sending a package!!!

Where is the screws? I received the package, but there are no screws!

For your convenience, the screws are attached to the top of the package. Look for the label marked "Screws" — they are located right underneath it.

About taxes. Important!

Dear customers, please note that the prices of the items in my shop do not include taxes that may apply in your country or state. I am not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes that may arise for international shipments. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The bookrack is beautiful. It's crafted beautifully, and looks like a piece of art. I sent one to my son and he is delighted. He is astonished at the quality of the workmanship. I am astonished that the shoes and boots no longer block the backdoor. (Thank you so much! He is so happy!).
