We do not accept returns as our products are made-to-order. It your order was damaged during shipment let us know and we'll send a replacement free of charge. We'll need a picture of the package and wallpaper damaged for insurance.

It is very important. Our Decals can only be applied to walls, doors, furniture, windows, or any other SOLID and SMOOTH surfaces. We don't recommend our decals for TEXTURED WALLS! If your wall is slightly textured, then please contact us by sending a close-up photo. We will inform you about its eligibility.

Depending on the selected size, we send some of our products in 2, 3, or more pieces. Please do not forget to read carefully the product descriptions on the product pages.

2,3 or more-piece products are printed with approx. 1-inch overlap down the sides. Overlapping the panels (pieces) during installation is required in order to match the design. Also, the overlapping technique provides convenience to you during the installation. Cutting the overlay is at your preference. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties.

All of our decals are fully removable, but they are not reusable.
Environment and surface temperature must be at least +20°C before these decals can be removed. Using a knife, first, lift up cautiously one corner then slowly draw the sticker from the surface at a 180° angle. Heating the sticker with a hairdryer while pulling makes removal considerably easier. If the sticker being removed is very old, a small amount of residue from the adhesive may remain on the surface. It can be removed easily with varnish thinner.
