When measuring wreaths, measurements are given on the bulk of the wreath, wild grasses, some ribbons and elements may extend further than the size quoted in the description. I try to take all pictures of wreaths on a standard sized door to show you what it would look like on your door and also so you can see the size better.

Wreaths can be displayed inside or outside. If using outside, they should be placed in a protected area where the elements won't hurt them. Lots of direct hot Sun will cause fading. Also if placing outside, using a refresher oil or scent can help to keep birds from nesting.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you are purchasing this for a gift, I will be happy to send it to that blessed person and include a gift card with your sentiments on it. Just message me upon purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

I would love to make a special or custom order for you. I do have access to many products, silk flowers and elements that go into making wreaths so any can be personalized to your decor and choices. Just message me for information.

Our town is rural and we do not have a FedEx hub here so I do have pickup arranged for my wreath shipments. They will not ship to PO or Box numbers. Shipping rate quoted is to the 48 continental US states, does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. At this time, that is why I do not ship out of the states. Other small items are shipped by USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do offer a refund if your wreath was misrepresented in any way. You need to contact me within 48 hours of delivery. The wreath has to be sent back to me just the way it was packaged when you received it and shipping is paid by the buyer. After I receive it, I inspect it to be sure it is resalable. I will then give a refund for the cost of the wreath only, shipping is non-refundable. Your item is insured so if you have a problem with it being damaged, please email me asap and I will put in a pickup tag for it. It has to be in the original packaging and left just as it was when you received it in order for FedEx to inspect it.
